Java Web Application Developer

We are seeking a Java web application developer to join the engineering team. You will be responsible for the implementation and testing of components using Java, Spring Framework and web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript). We are looking for exceptionally skilled and motivated individuals who can bring their own ideas to the table and help influence the future direction of the product.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Web / Restful API applications using Spring framework stack
  • Spring security, including OAuth, and JPA (hibernate)
  • Unit testing and mocking. E2E tests
  • Gradle or Maven build tools and Git version control system
  • Client side code – HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS
  • Amazon AWS and docker

Desirable Skills (a huge plus but not essential)

  • Mobile app development using Android SDK or iOS SDK
  • Windows desktop app development C# / XAML
  • OS X app development using Obective-c or swift.

Front-end Web Application Developer

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience writing client applications using System.JS, Angular2 and TypeScript, SASS
  • Experience using jQuery and Bootstrap
  • Use of NPM, JSPM, Bower, Yeoman, Gulp or Grunt build systems
  • Unit testing and mocking. E2E tests

Desirable Skills (a huge plus but not essential)

  • UI / UX Design experience for Web and Mobile
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience

Inbound Marketing Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join a small but high-growth company. The person will be an evangelist for our flagship product Clinked, both internally and externally. Reporting to CEO, your role is to execute our digital marketing strategy, collect and analyse feedback, validate requirements, influence product roadmap, and assess market opportunities.

 

Your challenges
The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting to C-level executives and rolling up his or her sleeves with IT administrators.

  • Create, manage, and optimize key free and paid acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, Social Media)
  • Optimize our content to increase traffic, improve search rankings, and generate new inbound links
  • Report on content performance and conversions, analyse the funnel metrics and monitor closely the reports showing total impact of inbound marketing activities
  • Engage and communicate with bloggers, editors and encourage them to write about Clinked and provide required product information
  • Create online marketing content using blogs, videos, reviews, newsletters, email campaigns.
  • Establish strong relationships with users and support the communication
  • Manage communication of product information, new releases, features including pilot tests, specs, roadmaps and documenting them
  • Gather feedback from the market in order to influence release plan and priorities
  • Organise Webinars, Create and present keynote presentations and demos that illustrate the features and value of Clinked

 

Skills required

  • Must have a strong understanding of inbound marketing concepts such as SEO/SEM, blogging, Q&A sites, and social media
  • Have knowledge in lead nurturing, email marketing
  • Working experience in SEO, SEM, PPC and Google Analytics
  • 3 – 5 years digital marketing experience gained ideally in an agency
  • Strong communication skills and analytical skills
  • Very good writer
  • Data-driven: you adapt quickly, don’t need much supervision, and love to take challenges

Sales Executive

We are looking for a sales professional to join a small but high-growth company. The person will be an evangelist for our flagship product Clinked® – www.clinked.com , both internally and externally. Reporting to CEO, your role is to win new business customers & develop the existing customer base. The role is varied, covering the full sales cycle: prospecting new business both via telephone and face-to-face; account management; developing relationships with key decision-makers and business networking etc.

 

Your challenges
The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting to C-level executives and rolling up his or her sleeves with IT administrators.

  • Give presentations demos to customers that illustrate the value of Clinked and provide a solution that clearly resolves customer pain
  • Own the entire sales cycle, including generating, vetting, negotiating and closing deals
  • Effectively qualify clients to assess their needs
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Generate new business and new sales leads through cold calling, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
  • Develop sales channels through distributors, and OEM’s

 

Skills required

  • A passion for Clinked!
  • Experience selling across multiple levels of an organisation
  • Presentable appearance with excellent communication skills with the ability to present to clients in face-to-face situations
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Key competencies: self-motivated; business acumen; willingness to work hard; enthusiasm
  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS / Software sales is advantageous
