Java Web Application Developer

We are seeking a Java web application developer to join the engineering team. You will be responsible for the implementation and testing of components using Java, Spring Framework and web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript). We are looking for exceptionally skilled and motivated individuals who can bring their own ideas to the table and help influence the future direction of the product.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Web / RESTful API applications using Spring framework stack
  • Spring security, including OAuth, and JPA (Hibernate)
  • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Unit testing and mocking. E2E tests
  • Gradle or Maven build tools and Git version control system

Marketing Manager

We are looking for an outgoing and driven marketing manager to join our growing Cambridge, UK team where we focus on the financial service industry. The role is an opportunity to deliver immediate impact to our robust marketing programmes, including both outbound and inbound strategies, directly with our Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of quarterly content marketing programme, including blog writing, social media, quora and more
  • Execute Prospective sales initiatives including email campaigns, ads, promotional events
  • Manage existing client initiatives including newsletter, webinars, testimonials, reviews
  • Collaborate on technical marketing programmes including SEO, referral partners

Business Administrator

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly business administrator to join our growing Cambridge, UK team where we focus on the financial service industry. Components of the role will include client support, prospect calls, trialist follow-up, and conference/event planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning client enquires via email, support system and calls from clients and trialists
  • Taking prospects and trialists through consultative discovery calls to understand how Clinked can empower their organisation
  • Deliver outcomes and trends identified from client and prospect conversations to  internal team 
  • Ensure CRM and Support system are updated and tracked for all clients, prospects and marketing campaigns
  • Support on planning & execution of events, conferences, publications and more
  • Continual training to be fully versed on Clinked features, client use cases, internal development processes, and roadmap enhancements

Full Role Description: Business Administrator

Sales Development Associate

We are looking for a full-time in-office sales development associate to join our high-growth team to focus on the lead generation component of our outbound sales programme in the financial services industry channel. Components of the cycle will include prospect pipeline identification, outbound marketing campaigns, cold calling, telephone demos, trialist follow-up, and attending conferences/events. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Building prospect pipelines through target setting, market research, list creation, data entry
  • Executing outbound outreach with cold calls, emails, marketing campaigns, conference team
  • Qualify leads on prospect calls, demos and in-person interactions
  • Management of lead generation pipeline data in CRM 
  • Feedback outcomes and trends identified from lead generation activities to internal team for market research, strategy setting and channel analysis 
  • Identify opportunities to interact with industry organisations through events, conferences, publications and more
  • Continual training to be fully versed on Clinked features, client use cases, internal development processes, and roadmap enhancements 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in sales (e.g. sales, business development or account management roles) or customer service (e.g support, client success)
