Java Web Application Developer

We are seeking a Java web application developer to join the engineering team. You will be responsible for the implementation and testing of components using Java, Spring Framework and web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript). We are looking for exceptionally skilled and motivated individuals who can bring their own ideas to the table and help influence the future direction of the product.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Web / RESTful API applications using Spring framework stack
  • Spring security, including OAuth, and JPA (Hibernate)
  • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Unit testing and mocking. E2E tests
  • Gradle or Maven build tools and Git version control system

Desirable Skills (a huge plus but not essential)

Marketing Manager

We are looking for a full-time marketing manager to join our high-growth team addressing the continual needs of our global client base. The role is an opportunity to deliver immediate impact to our robust marketing programmes, including both outbound and inbound strategies, and technical marketing initiatives working directly with our Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of quarterly marketing campaigns, including the copywriting for social media, blogs and quora
  • Technical delivery of SEO & Ad campaign strategies for inbound strategies
  • Execution of MQL campaigns with our Chief Revenue Officer
  • Promotional event planning and execution

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing roles

Office Administrator

We are looking for a full-time office administrator to join our high-growth team to work with our senior leaders on various components of our business. Components of the role will include business administration project, client support, marketing campaigns, prospect pipeline identification, prospect inquires, trialist follow-up, and conference/event planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business administration projects tracking activities related to clients, prospects and marketing campaigns related to inbound and outbound channels
  • Addressing external enquires via email, support system and calls from clients and prospect 
  • Data entry of client and prospect details in CRM 
  • Feedback outcomes and trends identified from client and prospect enquires to internal team for market research, strategy setting and channel analysis 
  • Creation & execution of marketing campaigns
  • Support on planning & execution of events, conferences, publications and more
  • Continual training to be fully versed on Clinked features, client use cases, internal development processes, and roadmap enhancements

Sales Development Associate

We are looking for a full-time in-office sales development associate to join our high-growth team to focus on the lead generation component of our outbound sales programme in the financial services industry channel. Components of the cycle will include prospect pipeline identification, outbound marketing campaigns, cold calling, telephone demos, trialist follow-up, and attending conferences/events. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Building prospect pipelines through target setting, market research, list creation, data entry
  • Executing outbound outreach with cold calls, emails, marketing campaigns, conference team
  • Qualify leads on prospect calls, demos and in-person interactions
  • Management of lead generation pipeline data in CRM 
  • Feedback outcomes and trends identified from lead generation activities to internal team for market research, strategy setting and channel analysis 
  • Identify opportunities to interact with industry organisations through events, conferences, publications and more
  • Continual training to be fully versed on Clinked features, client use cases, internal development processes, and roadmap enhancements 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in sales (e.g. sales, business development or account management roles) or customer service (e.g support, client success)
