We are looking for a data-driven marketing manager to join our growing Cambridge, UK team. You will be in charge of attracting web traffic and converting that traffic into new leads for our team to close into customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow leads (trialists and demo bookings) by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and conversions
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports

Sales Development Representative (US)

We are looking for sales development representatives to join our sales team remotely from the US. The right candidates will be dynamic, creative and resilient, with a passion for outbound sales and a strong drive to succeed. The contract will be on a rolling month to month basis, with an option to transition to full time employment after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet (and exceed!) clearly defined monthly targets
  • Generate new demo bookings through various outbound channels. Cold calling will be an integral part of the role. Qualified leads will be provided to you
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans to help you meet your targets
  • Record and communicate your sales activities to the Head of Sales

Client Success Analyst

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our growing Cambridge, UK team. You will be responsible for reaching out to new customers to understand their use case, help with their initial setup and advise on best practice for client success. Additionally, you will actively provide any necessary demonstrations of Clinked's capabilities. You will also help existing customers by being available to answer support questions, understanding feature requests, and providing virtual training to help them fully benefit from the software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reaching out to new clients to help them in their implementation process
  • Responding to support tickets from existing clients
  • Honing your product knowledge to best respond to client questions and use cases as well as client webinars
  • Proactively engaging clients to understand their client portal needs and aiding in their successful implementation of new Clinked features or capabilities
  • Offering assistance to subsets of clients from an account management perspective
  • Consolidating client feedback & feature requests as the Voice of the Client to assist in developing product development
  • Representing the Clinked brand and culture by going above and beyond to provide the highest quality customer service and care to our clients and partners.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Confident on the phone, with outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Experience in client success or customer support systems and processes. You will be expected to manage and maintain client entries in CRM, development roadmap, and client support systems for team reporting
