Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work alongside marketing team colleagues in the development and delivery of brand focused initiatives and wider marketing projects. You are welcome to work in one of our offices (London or Cambridge) and remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SEO & Growth lead to plan and create world-class, actionable content for multiple marketing channels to attract prospects and secure clients
  • Manage our content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.
  • Manage and monitor our social channels to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social networks
  • Write high quality B2B content pieces on a daily basis
  • Review and edit materials generated by writers internally and externally to ensure consistent language, narrative and messaging
  • Coordinate inputs from the wider marketing team to craft marketing messaging, ensuring this is consistently and accurately weaved in through our marketing communications
  • Analyse and report on performance of content and copy, using information to improve future work, develop trials to test messaging, style and content types with customers
  • Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives
Essential Skills & Experience
  • The successful candidate will have excellent English written communication with either a degree in Journalism/English/Marketing or related subject
  • You are a skillful copywriter and content manager committed to high standards of quality and accuracy in written content
  • You have a basic knowledge of on-page SEO
  • Clear understanding of branding and the importance and development of key messages
  • You have solid B2B content marketing experience, where you have written content for a tech/SaaS company 
  • Proficiency at reviewing and editing work produced by others is essential to ensure tone, language and messaging is consistent across materials
  • Experience with content management systems (HubSpot, WordPress)
  • An understanding of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and how to maximise investment in content through automation, segmentation and personalisation
  • You should be someone who takes initiative and is results oriented
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Reliable team member who gets things done

Channel Sales Manager

We are looking for a full-time teammate to build a referral, reseller and full-service partner programme. Your mission will be to expand our existing reseller network by using your track record of identifying business opportunities and growth areas within existing and potential partner bases. Components of the cycle will include strategic development, reseller identification, prospect approach channels, onboarding, training and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving outreach to contact potential partners for new business opportunities
  • Building, maintaining, managing and developing long-term relationships with current and prospective international partners
  • Communicating partners’ needs across internal teams to ensure rapid solutions to technical and operational issues
  • Providing product, sales and technical support to partners – communicating with various teams to arrange meetings and trainings
  • Management of partner generation pipeline data in CRM
  • Continual training to be fully versed on Clinked features, client use cases, internal development processes, and roadmap enhancements
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and partner channel development/business development
  • Ability to build and hold long-term relationships with partners
  • Passion for all things technical and software
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Sales Development Representative (US)

We are looking for sales development representatives to join our sales team remotely from the US. The right candidates will be dynamic, creative and resilient, with a passion for outbound sales and a strong drive to succeed. The contract will be on a rolling month to month basis, with an option to transition to full time employment after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet (and exceed!) clearly defined monthly targets
  • Generate new demo bookings through various outbound channels. Cold calling will be an integral part of the role. Qualified leads will be provided to you
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans to help you meet your targets
  • Record and communicate your sales activities to the Head of Sales
