Member Types and Permissions
Who Can Set Permissions:
- Account Administrators: All content across all groups.
- Group Administrators: All content within their group(s).
- Standard Members: Only the content they create in their group(s).
How to Set Permissions When Uploading Files
Steps to Adjust Sharing Settings:
- Adjust sharing settings before uploading.
- Set access levels (View, Edit, Delete, Administer).
- Click "Start Upload" to apply the settings.
Change Permissions on Uploaded Files
1. Use the lock icon to open the permissions window.
2. Adjust settings for group members or specific individuals.

Manage Access to Notes
